The 2009 Nick Avery Role Model scholarship winner
May 27th, 2009This year again, The Avery family gave away a scholarship through their “Nick Avery Foundation” and once again, Role Model Clothing is proud to be part of it. For those who never hear of it, here is a long story short:
“This scholarship is named after our son, Nick, who died in August 2006 from leukemia. He loved music and playing the guitar. Simple Plan and the Role Model clothing line were his absolute favorites and for the last year of his life he wore nothing but Role Model shirts. Nick was a positive role model to so many people and the scholarship hopes to promote that same spirit in other teens.”
This year, the scholarship has been awarded to Brittany Richter. Role Model Clothing would like to congratulate her for the accomplishment and the Avery family for their love and devotion to the cause

April 8th, 2009Canadian music industry was celebrating their bests last weekend at the Junos Awards ceremony. Of course, Simple Plan performed and we have the images! You’ll see Pierre sporting the “Tomorrow Starts Today” shirt and Chuck the “Attack & Release” t-shirt.
En fin de semaine, l’industrie de la musique canadienne célèbrait ses meilleurs artistes avec la présentation annuelle de la cérémonie des prix Junos. Bien entendu, Simple Plan étaient présent et ont offert une performance dont nous avons les images.
